We strive for accurate product descriptions and images; however, we do not guarantee that information on our website is always accurate, complete, or current.

2. Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

3. Shipping Policy
We offer nationwide shipping on all orders. All instruments are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

4. Returns Policy

New Products:
We offer a 14-day return policy for new products. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Used Products:
All sales of used products are final. Used items are sold as-is, and due to freight shipping, we do not accept returns on used organs. Because used item parts have the potential to fail unexpectedly, customers must agree to these terms prior to purchase and accept full responsibility for any defects or issues discovered after purchase.

5. Dispute Resolution
By purchasing from Quality Organs, customers agree to mediate any disputes directly with the seller without the involvement of courts.  All mediation is in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.

6. Limitation of Liability
Quality Organs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products. By purchasing used items, customers assume all risks related to their use.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
